We might be a little biased, but Oudenaarde is the best city in Belgium… especially if you’re a cyclist!
Ok, so there isn’t as much going on here as there is in some of the larger cities like Antwerp, Gent, or Brussels. But it’s big enough to have almost everything that you need, plus we are at the gateway to the best training roads in all of Flanders. It’s also home to the Centrum Ronde van Vlaanderen (Tour of Flanders Museum), and lets not forget all of the top professional races that pass through or very near to here.
So in honour of our love for this city, we have put together a little guide to better acquaint you with some of the things to see and do around here.
If you feel like this is old news you would be correct, as the guide has actually been live for a few weeks now.
We sneakily posted the guide to share with a new group of cyclists who had just arrived, as our main priority of this guide is to answer many of the questions that our guests typically have for us. This guide will also be helpful to other cyclists living and racing in the area, and perhaps even to those just passing through looking for something to eat or drink.
If there is something that we haven’t yet addressed, let us know, it might just find it’s way into the guide thanks to you!
So without further ado please check our guide to the city right here!
